5th Annual Identity Crisis Red Carpet Event — Local Fundraiser

Save the date for the 5th Annual Identity Crisis Red Carpet! The event will be held on Saturday, August 9th in Shepherdstown, WV. A fun-filled evening of costumes, music and frivolity, all to benefit the Breast Cancer Awareness organization of Cumberland Valley.  The event will begin in Shepherdstown bars and restaurants downtown at 8 pm, with a dance party from 9 to 11 at the Community Club (formerly the Men’s Club) and continue throughout the evening at participating establishments. Expect to see red carpet, papparazzi, raffle tickets and more characters than you know what to do with! This year the theme is: “MUSIC, a Trip in Time.”

There is no better way to support your community then by spending an evening enjoying local businesses while raising money for a local charity! The Breast Cancer Awareness organization of Cumberland Valley serves the 4-state area with much-needed support and services, all of which are FREE.  You can contribute to this organization by spending your evening in Shepherdstown, WV on Saturday, August 9th. Participating businesses include The Mecklenburg Inn, Domestic, Yellow Brick Bank, Stonewalls and The Devonshire.

If you cannot attend but would still like to contribute to the cause, donations can be made online at www.identitycrisiswv.com. For those of you already marking your calendars, tickets to the Club Crisis Dance Party can be purchased on the event website or you can simply frequent the participating Shepherdstown establishments the night of the event and a portion of the total evenings sales will go directly to the cause.
